Rooms are hired per session, a session being either a morning, afternoon or evening. Generally morning sessions run from 9am – 1pm, afternoon sessions from 1.30pm to 5.30pm, and evening sessions from 6pm – 10pm. Please speak to the Hirings Manager if your requirements do not fit with these times.
The cost currently is £20 per session for community groups and charities, £25 per session for statutory organisations/CICs, and £30 per session for private/commercial businesses.
The resources we have available are: (free) WIFI, flipchart, screen, a number of trestle tables, plus some smaller card tables. There is an electronic keyboard downstairs. AV equipment is available downstairs – contact us please if you’d like more information.
