Inspired by Light

Light

Light is not lightly to be dealt with.

It is a force that envelopes and activates everything in life, in all the world.

It enables growth,

Supports healing.

Is received and given,

Awarely, openly, attentively

With no beginning, no ending.

It is infinity.

The seed

In the darkness lies potential,

awaiting the light

to vivify and nurture.

Being held in the L/light

Being held…

Warmth, comfort, reassurance

Healing, wholeness

Peace

Being held …

Family, friends, strangers, and Friends

People who love me, people who don’t

People who know me, people who don’t

Being held…

Contentment, tenderness, hope

Understanding, safety

Love

Being held …

When I need it

In person or when far away

Being held right now.

Holding In The Light

I sent her an aura of light

to enfold and support her .

A warm glow to reach into her soul

and comfort her,

To ease the pain and give her strength.

Let there be light?

Let there be light?

No, just for a moment

I long for the dark.

No dazzling sun

Just a gentle lifting

of the night.

A walk out of the shadows

A faint glow on the horizon,

A realisation

A revealed moment

to reflect and understand why.

Being held in the Spirit

Being held in the life

Being held in the inner place

Being held by God’s love

Being held by God’s healing power
